Technical Issue Can't see some of the servers

I have two PCs and have strange problem on both.
In short - i can't see servers on 1st that i can see on 2nd. And vice versa.
Like on 1st i see {BG} Server [DOTF], but don't see {DN} Praetorium|EU
And on second i can see {DN} Praetorium|EU, but can't see {BG} Server [DOTF].
Also i can't join them via \connect (from a computer, where they are not displayed). Just an endless timer.
Both PC are working via router, but they should have same settings (at least I did not changed anything).

So. I have no idea what's happening here.

I used to have that problem with some servers a few builds back, I think reinstalling fixed it but I'm not sure

I've seen this happen when my internet connection dies while I'm in a server - when it comes back up again, the server I was in is no longer visible/joinable. In my cases, though, it usually just takes a while for it to recover, nothing more.

Yes, there are people who experienced very similar issue: Can't join a server, when my brother is in it.

Though I have idea what could cause it.
The fact is fact, there are reports that some servers aren't available for two players using same router, but there is no logical explanation for it yet.
We need some investigation about this.

What model of router do you have?

Tested with some random routers + 4G HotSpot
4/4 - 3 people could get server list.
Although there was a problem with one device set to 5ghz - once my friend got servers list, I couldn't - it was random tho.
