Hosting Server Limit Time

On my server, when we plays RP, sometimes the timelimit stops at 1min of the end. Then, we must retake our classes and teams..
It's very frustrating.
What's wrong ?

Another thing, my "/rconPassword ..." Dont work. When i do it, it said nothing :/
Last thing : Is there anyway for remove the time limit ? 5 min is so quick for rping.

Nothing in that server config should be limiting the time to 4 minutes or so. Check the .siege file for the respective map you are playing. You can find them in MBAssets3.pk3/maps/mapname.siege

Look for a line that says Timed.... it should say Timed 300. If it has another value, change it to 300 and that should fix the round ending early.

The mod itself however was designed to be played in Assault mode where people fight one another and as such a design choice was made to limit the round time to 3-5 minutes to preserve gameplay intentions so you cannot currently remove the timelimit.

I checked my files .siege and all was timed 300.
So.. i thik it"s a bug. But anyway.
It's a shame that there is an option in the config for the time but which is useless...
Last question: Why when i load in open mode a map, 1/3 time there is no pictures for the classes on the teams ?

You have to set up rcon password in server's config first:

  1. Type actual password
  2. Save config
  3. Restart server
I know for the passwords, but you know.. I did it but in the config that i gave, i deleted the password in case of :)
Still don't work.

Are you sure it didn't work?
What happens if join your server, then open a console by pressing Shift + ~ (aka Shift + `), then type

and then type

?

Smod works perfectly but when i type rconpaswword etc.. it said nothing. NOTHING AT ALL x)

its not supposed to say anything. it still works if you use it.
Basically what Vis said
So just start MBII and type BOTH those two lines.
You'll get some output *only* after second command ("rcon map...").
It will be either map change or "bad password" message.
