So i Checked Enable Logging and i hit Repair Installation and... Still does not work.
You have to wait till Launcher download all stuff from the Internet.
It may take 10 or even 30 minutes.
During repair, name of the file that is currently downloading is displayed at near of the bottom of Launcher.

First when i hit repair it froze so i ended it in the Task Manager did i mess up the download doing that?
Are you sure it actually did freeze?
Start it again, click "Repair", wait some time (5 minutes at least) and see are there new files in "Jedi Academy\GameData\MBII".

Here's how correct "MBII" directory should look like:

Wait i see alot of WinRar files do i need WinRar? Because i use 7Zip
Are you trolling me? Literally nobody mentioned WinRAR in this thread, and the fact you saw that .pk3 files are associated with WinRAR on my PC doesn't change anything.

Please stop fooling around and just do exactly what I said in my previous reply: repair MBII installation with Launcher and see are there new files in your MBII folder (there must be plenty of).

That or try removing JKA + MBII entirely, reinstall JKA, do a manual installation of MBII ( Movie Battles II V1.5.1.1 FULL file ) which you extract in your JKA installation folder, and then use the launcher - I suspect he has files he shouldn't have lying around that are fucking everything up.
Before doing that though, make sure you've got the .NET Framework files up to date: Download .NET Framework 4.7.2 . That could be the reason for that error.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

this is the error
