[SOLVED] Bg servers not appearing

Hi bg servers are not appearing on the server list.
I have this problem for like one month.
I tryed to type in console "connect (ip)" but then it shows awaiting connection 1 2 3...

There is a possibility that you are banned from BG servers, and that's beyond my knowledge -- only somebody of BG admins, @Viserys, for example, can give you a straight answer.

But it can be a technical issue, too. Please follow these steps:
  1. Start => Run => type and press Enter:
    Code: 
    cmd
  2. New console window will appear. Type and press Enter:
    Code: 
    tracert 91.134.183.153
  3. Post screenshot of results of execution in this thread.

well i checked his forum IP and i dont see a ban for it on the server firewall.

also even if it was a server ban it would still show up on the server list, right?

ok I missed your IP due to a missing new line.

Your IP was automatically firewalled by the server due to a failed FTP login.
