Frenz told me that due to so many assets being ported that it wouldn't be made an official map.

Apparently you were right on the money with this.

Posting this here so the community is also aware, Dodge (any level) does not function correctly when using MB_CLASS_JEDI, it will drain the resource but does not actually allow you to dodge incoming attacks.

Correction: Both Specimens have Shoulder Barge now on CS1 and Kelborn uses ENERGY not Battery to fix his cloak.

This has already been fixed for the next update, the cause was using fuel as his resource but not having Fuelregen, to circumvent this his resource going forwards will be his Force Pool. DM me in discord if you find others, I typically go in and fix them as soon as I find them.
