Why did you guys remove another clan's group of servers off the master list?

They could put the server up back on the list for the moment until the evidence has been publicly given. And talk to tR, because as far as I know, nobody has done so yet.

Why did you guys remove another clan's group of servers off the master list?

This doesn't really follow though, because: 1. There's nothing stopping people who know the IP from actually connecting and therefore continuing to dox/threaten people. 2. Outside of the server, there are other avenues where people could be doxxed/threatened (Discord, etc) 3. (and perhaps most...

Why did you guys remove another clan's group of servers off the master list?

Instead of spamming the same thing over and over, would you care to explain why? I don't know much about the situation, but from an outsider looking in, it looks very bad.

Not enough DoT in the game ?

DoT has the potential to be annoying since MB2 follows a strict 5-minute timelimit for the maps. Imagine lighting the last guy on the enemy team on fire and he wins because he runs out the clock. I think it's a good decision on the part of the devs to not have as many DoTs as you are suggesting.

Why did you guys remove another clan's group of servers off the master list?

I don't really know much about the situation, but in my view this looks terrible. Removing servers off of the server list with little (or no) explanation sets a bad precedent. I hope there is a good reason behind it, not just hearsay or rumors like some in this thread have suggested.

Technical Issue Widescreen UI on my resolution

We don't use that old trap API for OpenJK-based things, we use something similar to what SP does with pointers. Regardless, the MB2 developers would still need to keep their fork updated. It hasn't been updated in 9 months. Commits · MBII/OpenJK · GitHub The correct way to approach this would...

Technical Issue Widescreen UI on my resolution

You seem to be confusing three different people: - ent is not an OpenJK developer - ensiform is not me - I am eezstreet ent is correct, we could extend the API, however that would introduce potential compatibility issues with mods and therefore it's not something we want to pursue. Really the...

Technical Issue Widescreen UI on my resolution

JAMP does not have aspect correction for HUD/UI/Fonts. In fact it never has. If there's an issue with the MB2 client, there's something wrong with the mod, not a problem with OpenJK. It's not up to the OpenJK maintainers to look into problems that are mod specific, it's the responsibility of...

offline Bots and some modding advice

It's not in the developers' best interest to do so. By making an online community, it encourages people to get together and play.

    Modding

The vast majority of the HUD code is self-explanatory really. As for weapons, there is a tutorial for both singleplayer and multiplayer, but it only gives an outline of what you need to do. Much of the code (ie weapon functionality, how its projectiles look and work, etc) is entirely up to you...
