Now I've managed to see it. You used wrong link to embed picture. The problem is you didn't create a config file for your server. Please read thread about hosting again, and create a config in Jedi Academy\GameData\MBII folder.

I uploaded file as atachment to this message. After you download it, you need change its extension to .bat, since forum doesn't allow uploading files with extension ".bat".

I don't know what you are talking about, please make a screenshot of your server's console. Edit: I see there is picture in your post, but I can't see it. Upload it on forum or use good image hosting.

In Notepad, press Ctrl + S, type "server.bat" in file name field, press Enter. C'mon, don't you ever create/edit .bat files using Notepad?!

Are you kidding me? Notepad is standard Windows text editor, you can access it via Start menu (All Programs => Standard), or by typing "notepad" in the command line. If can't find notepad on Windows 10, read this: Where is NOTEPAD in Windows 10? Or just use any text editor you normally use.

What is unclear? Just start the game, Setup => Video, change some values to lower quality, like texture detail or geometric detail. Or run MBII Launcher, Settings => MBII Client => Play. Game will start using alternative engine. If you don't have MBII Launcher, you can download it from here...
