Make sure your firewall and antivirus don't restict Launcher from accessing Internet. Add mbii.x86.exe to exception list of your antivirus or disable it completely, if you can't configure it.

So you did download Launcher from http://update.moviebattles.org/launcher/MBIILauncher.exe ? Download it, overwrite file C:\Programfiles(x86)/SWJKJA\GameData\MBIILauncher.exe. If you'll get message that file is in use, open Task Manager and terminate MBIILauncher.exe, overwrite file again.

Am I the only one who see some contradictions here?... I played few hours today on {BG} Server [DOTF], and can't say there was some abusing or insulting. Most time I play people behavior is good enough for me. Basically I'm on open servers like BG, AoD or just some random, they all are fine.

Doesn't matter. Any name you like. But file must be placed into Jedi Academy\GameData folder, just like openjkded.x86.exe file.
