It looks like you have a CD install of the game and most likely don't have the official 1.01 patch. The launcher won't work without it. I wish I could link you an official Raven Software source but sadly they don't have one. Your best bet is to install the one from JKHub Jedi Academy Patch (PC)

Currently characters flagged as female will only have a few working voice lines. I've seen the card on trello to add female voice lines pretty much since I started playing the mod and I want to bring some attention to it. I always found voice lines a useful tool to communicate basic strategy...

I think it could work if they functioned like gloan blobs, put a big point cost on them and it shouldn't be that unbalanced
