- minor HUD edits
- minor string edits
- removed ability icons circling around
- updated numbers on the acm indicator to fit in r20.0.07

All official ingame HUDs now have acm indicator (horizontal, vertical, default alpha) - pulsing is not included

Duel Extended Old Class Bar has been moved down a bit so that it isn't covered by lagometer. Replaced ACM indicator with the one from other HUDs, also now updated to show the correct ACM as other HUDs.

I'd like to make the "skill_bar_red" foreground be actually on top, but it requires way too much compared to the size of the actual project (i need to relaunch my game like hundred times to actually get it right).
