Are you trying MBII client? Install VC++ Redistributable 2010 or 2013 or 2015 (or all of them) both x86 and x64 versions.

Update your videocard's drivers.

MBII Launcher => Settings => check "Enable logging" => Repair installation, post latest log from "Jedi Academy\GameData\MBII_Launcher\logs" here.

MBII Launcher => Settings => Engine => MBII Client => Play.
If you already use MBII Client, select jamp.

When did you start to experience this problem? What happened between last successful launch and first unsuccessful?
Did you installed some new software? Games? Drivers?

Why didn't you post a log I've asked for?
Have you tried using different game engine?
This may be something not simple at all.
I believe you have an Intel videocard. We got a numerous reports about stability issues caused by Intel graphics:
Technical Issue - Help me, please. | Movie Battles II Community
Technical Issue - game started crashing even more | Movie Battles II Community
Technical Issue - Game Crashes on map change | Movie Battles II Community
Technical Issue - Everything is just white and this is a launcher issue as well | Movie Battles II Community
Technical Issue - Could not open GL subsystem | Movie Battles II Community
VM_Create on UI failed | Movie Battles II Community
[SOLVED] - Ok one more thing xDDD | Movie Battles II Community

If there is opengl32.dll in "Windows\System32" folder, try copying it to "Jedi Academy\GameData".

Try fallback to some older version of videocard's drivers.
Try installing drivers of videocard made for older Windows (Win 7):
AReResearch - Andy Reischle: Windows 10 (nearly) broke my Intel 4 Series Express graphics adapter
Windows 10 - Mobile Intel 4 Series Chipset Graphics Drivers

If you do have GLDirect installed, try removing it.
If there is no GLDirect on your computer, try installing it:

Yep, just as I suspected, Intel videocard.
Read my previous posts again and try things I suggested.

Also, this is not the log I'm looking for; You should repair installation using Launcher, then you'll get much bigger log, full of md5 hashes.
Although I doubt that broken installation is your case, much more likely it's video's drivers.
