Do you really think anybody can help you when you provide absolutely no relevant information? Do you hope we use telepathy?

Give as more information about your issue as you can:
What do mean by "I can't play MBII"? Any error messages? Direct citation, not retell. Any logs? Screenshots? Describe your problem in detail.

Well, it takes me to the "Movie Battles II" poster right before the animated MBII logo intro, then everything goes black and kicks me right back to my desktop.

MBII Launcher => Settings => check "Enable logging" => Repair installation.
Post latest log from "Jedi Academy\GameData\MBII_Launcher\logs" here.

Does jamp console window appear after desktop is shown?

Where is full log? You should wait repair installation to be completed, and post a full log.

MBII Launcher => Settings => Engine => MB Client => Play. Would you be able to play now?

Try lowing graphics settings in game: Setup => Video.

Try updating videocard's drivers.
Try fallback to older version of videocard's drivers.
Try installing drivers of videocard made for older Windows (Win 7).
