    Maybe it's the actual shot glows going out sideways? If Valk has managed to find a way to reproduce the issue + any relevant cvar settings then that's the kind of thing that makes it easier to fix issues, and they should probably post it directly rather than having you drop 1 pixel videos...

    cg_twoPistolCrosshairs 0 is a debug command that replicates old behaviour so yeah it'll keep crosshair bug

    Alright, you'll probably need to open launcher first to avoid it overwriting it (this is the version used by previous mb2 client), but one more thing is to try https://libsdl.org/release/SDL2-2.0.4-win32-x86.zip

    Can you try replacing your SDL2.dll in your GameData folder with the older version from here: https://libsdl.org/release/SDL2-2.0.7-win32-x86.zip (this is a link to the official SDL website)

    What does it look like? Do you have any error messages or warnings in the console? Can you see which graphics driver it's using?
