    So what's happening when you're trying running MBII Client via Launcher? What's happening when you're trying running mbii.x86.exe via shortcut? Not sure what do you mean, but jamp uses "JediAcademy\GameData\MBII\jampconfig.cfg" and MBII Client uses "My Documents\My Games\OpenJK\MBII\openjk.cfg".
