This is all true, but... Turns out Tisio didn't use VPN, actually. I asked him to open myip.ru and say what IP was displayed. It was 178.155.5.234, which does not belong to VPN provider, it's his real IP, owned by MTS, big Russian ISP. More over, turned out I can't connect TIN servers as well...

I don't think so. Repairing installation is the same as redownloading, and you've already done that.

Move both these files to some completely unrelated location and try again: Jedi Academy\GameData\MBII\openjk.cfg Мои документы\My Games\OpenJK\MBII\openjk.cfg

No idea what options you exactly have. Try them all, focus on preferring NVIDIA over Intel.

Switch to NVIDIA (it must be somewhere in NVIDIA control panel or in display settings) and try running OpenJK again.
