To be honest there's nothing stopping you from editing the different damage sound files yourself. For example, going into Jan's sound folder. Each model has unique sounds when damaged on 100/75/50/25 health respectively. There's your damage indicators.

If you have accidentally minimised the launcher it's active inside your taskbar, check your hidden icons. Otherwise go into your task manager and end the launchers session under your details tab, or just restart your PC.

Have you tried running the Launcher as an administrator? Have you made sure the launcher is inside your gamedata folder and not your download folder?

Had a few occurrences where the fire from an alt-fire fire grenade would go invisible, really fun to watch people run right into it and have no idea what just happened. Seems that it happens when you contact a player with the alt-fire version of the grenade. That's about as much info as I have...

Set the port forward for 29070 - 29080. Restart the server and attempt to connect.

I can't seem to see any problems with your server.cfg that could cause a restart. So this is out of my expertise. However for your connectivity problems, I'm sure once you port forward you'll be able to host outside your LAN.
