I'm struggling to understand what the problem is here. That is from JKA and nothing to do with launcher. Are you able to get as far as hitting the "Play" button on launcher?

Thats not Launcher. At a guess max fps too high?

This should be fixed in a future update. In the mean time you should be able to work around the problem by: Start -> Search for Colour Management -> Advanced -> Set Everything to whatever the System Default option is for each category.

All i can suggest is removing the custom fonts you have installed, seeing if it works, and then adding them in a few at a time to see if you can work out which are causing the problem.

Which OS are you using? Are you using any shell replacements/extensions?
