Remove the TK system and friendly fire altogether.

Getting Team-killed is annoying asf. Friendly fire is annoying asf. Remove it, and have teammates be able to phase through each other like other MP games.

Avoiding friendly fire incidents (both causing and avoiding) is a core concept of the game. Good team work is rewarded and bad teamwork punished.
