[SOLVED] Can Someone tell me how you make dedicated servers

My game crashes when attempted to create a dedicated server

WHEN i try making a server in movie battles 2 i select advanced and put dedicaded severs [on] then start the server then it crashes

You cannot run a server setup from the client game when your screen resolution is wide (r_mode -1). This is an engine bug from the base game.

Your only options are to either use a 4:3 or 5:4 aspect ratio screen resolution or setup a dedicated server. What you were trying to create was not an actual dedicated server.

Also it is worth noting, that if you plan to play MBII on the same machine that you host server, you're actually adding overhead (making it less efficient) dedicated server is really as the name suggest - for dedicated (virtual or real) machines.
