[SOLVED] VM_create on UI failed.

I can launch my game and play on servers perfectly fine, but every time the server changes the map, or whenever I try to disconnect, my game crashes and gives me the error message "vm_create on UI failed." I really don't want to do a re-install. Help?

EDIT:
I haven't seen any other post with the exact problem I'm having.
I crash...

• Every single time map changes - whether it's 1 round in or 50
• every time I try to change server or disconnect from a server
• Regardless of map size or whether or not it's an official map

Do you have "AMD's Gaming Evolved Raptr App", "Razor Game Booster" or some other game recording software running?
If you do, disable it.

Also, disable any kind of anti-viruses you have.

As last resort, switch to MBII Client:
MBII Launcher => Settings => uncheck "Steam integration" (skip if there's no such checkbox) => Engine => MBII Client => Play.
