What went wrong
Muting a player causes them to be re-muted for a large duration after a map switch. Even if the mute has ran out.
What should have happened
Players should only be muted for the duration of the mute.
How to reproduce
Player A is an smod user
Player B is a foul mouth meanie
Player A executes: /smod mute B 1 -> Player B is correctly muted for 1 minute
1 minute passes...
Player B gets automatically unmuted
Player A executes: /smod map <some other map> -> the server switches map
Player B joins and is muted for 25 minutes
FRIVOLOUS FEATURE REQUEST: The overhead mute text says "1 minutes"
