Sense 3 dodging.

I'm not sure if this is just you guys forgot to put it in or what but sense 3 dodge doesn't dodge mando snipes. If this happened to be done intentionally it is my opinion it needs to be changed to where you dodge all sniper shots with sense 3 the same way as dodge works.

It is intentional. I don't agree with it, but its intentional. Will be looked at in next balance patch.

I'm trying to find in the changelogs on the wiki about something similar, disrupt is meant to be undodgeable? or better, what sense 3 dodges?
