  • General
    • Fix: Fixed low damage weapons such as Flamethrower having a chance to do zero damage to armor.
    • Fix: Fixed Droideka having 2x shield health.
    • Fix: Fixed Droideka shield interactions with EMP grenades.
    • Fix: Fixed damage against Droideka for Rockets / Pulse Rockets.
    • Fix: Fixed lightsabers getting stuck in a stutter mode after being interrupted.
    • Fix: Fixed lightsabers not being able to counter after being shot.
  • Anti-Team kill system
    • Fix: Fixed TK system interaction with explosives causing exponential teamkill point increases.
  • Mandalorian
    • Change / Fix: Beskar Armor
      • Increased fuel consumption tick rate when flying with Beskar from ticking every 400ms to every 375ms/350ms/325ms
      • Fixed Beskar requiring extra shots to cancel rocket animation.

  • Fix: Various broken hilts, sounds and models.

Please upload this time the package and update the Downlads page for the Linux users :) Had to do some obscure things with a Windows user and share the updated changes manually :(

You can grab the command line updater for the downloads page, that will run on linux. Zips will come shortly.

Fix damn Savash's original hilt sound! Where is it???
Is it missing sounds completely or just using different sounds? If it's the latter, the team removed a bunch of saber sounds.

There seems to be a bug that makes some xmas shaders work incorrectly. Found when trying to fix custom map.

The issue must be that you have two identical lines in the beginning of MBAssets4.pk3\shaders\winterdotf.shader

Removing first line seems to solve the issue. Guess that was an unintentional addition.

I've made a note and pass this on in our internal chat, I don't know if it'll get a hotfix given xmas is almost over but you never know.

EDIT: I've corrected the file in github but don't expect it to go live soon.

I have a problem.. after the latest update every animation (incl. saber clashing, fire, running water, etc.) is flashing with big black rectangles with something yellow in it.. It's almost impossible to play. It's also saying:

WARNING: RE_AddPolyToScene: NULL poly shader

in the upper left corner! Please do you know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

Already a well documented problem, please refer to #support in discord and the Bug Tracker

The team are aware of it and will work on a fix.

It seems the instant hit bug in saber-saber interaction is still here
Can confirm, after some more testing. In many cases hits indeed are nearly instant. Specially on short distance, obviously. Benefits accelerations even further, desperately needs a fix.

Did some testing with Kvinto, quick results:

- blue style oneshots any class with 100hp/80armor or less

- beskar 3 dies to a single yellow swing, can only block 1 blue swing

- armor now has this behavior where if a shot depletes your armor, it deals about triple damage. For example, if you have 100 HP and 10 armor, 1 E11 headshot will leave you with 10 HP left

- whistling birds do about 10 FP damage to a blocking saberist, seems not right

- projectile rifle seems to do more armor damage now. 1 body shot into a beskar 3 manda leaves them with 40 HP, when before a body shot would leave a regular manda (no beskar) at 40hp and 40armor

Those are all the weird findings so far

UPDATE

Poly issue was fixed today, if you're still having problems it's a skill issue and you need to manually download the mbassets4 to fix this if the launcher did not do this already for you.
