MBII Launcher => Settings => Engine => MBII Client => Play.
Copy "opengl32.dll" from "Windows\System32" to "Jedi Academy\GameData".
MBII Launcher => Settings => check "Enable logging" => Repair installation.
Post latest log from "Jedi Academy\GameData\MBII_Launcher\logs" here.
What is your videocard? Intel?
Try updating videocard's drivers.
