Technical Issue Movie Battles Crashes With Windows 10

I recently installed Windows 10 and now when ever I try to launch movie battles it crashes on the first screen (the one with the disclaimer) this never happened to me while I was on Windows 7. does anyone know how to fix this issue?

No it just says it encountered an error and needs to close

MBII Launcher => Settings => Engine => MBII Client => Play.

Copy "opengl32.dll" from "Windows\System32" to "Jedi Academy\GameData".

MBII Launcher => Settings => check "Enable logging" => Repair installation.
Post latest log from "Jedi Academy\GameData\MBII_Launcher\logs" here.

What is your videocard? Intel?
Try updating videocard's drivers.
