[SOLVED] Missing .dll file?

So after the Halloween Update, I seem to have run into an issue. Every time I try to launch MBII, it says that I am mising MSVCR120.dll, and I have absolutely no idea how to fix this. I've tried manually installing the file, I've tried reinstalling the launcher (multiple times might I add) but all to no avail. If anybody could help me fix this issue, it'd be much appreciated.

You'll need to download the microsoft visual runtime redistributables.

2013 actually, but prolly 2015 will do the job as well.
