Launcher MBII Launcher has stopped working

Hello. Today i have tried to install moviebattles 2 (i downloaded and launcher and torrent) but i when i try to start launcher, it crashes.(MBII Launcher has stopped working) Windows 7 x64
What i tried to solve the problem:
-put MBIILauncher.exe in the GameData folder.
- deleted Net framework 4.7 and downloaded 4.0 version.
- ticked the .NET 3.5.1 box in Contol Panel - > Programs - > Turn Windows features on and off.
-tried to lauch MBIILauncher.exe in diffirent folders.
Play_MBII.bat starts, but i have a weird grey square mouse icon and white screen problems ( but in "Play_MBII_CustomOJK.bat" everithing is fine except that the server's list is empty).
Help me please.

Can you make sure MBIILauncher.exe is whitelisted in your anti-virus please.

Delete these folders:
Jedi Academy\GameData\MBII_Launcher
C:\Users\YOUR_NAME\AppData\Local\Movie_Battles_Team

"Jedi Academy\GameData\MBII" => Ctrl + A => right click on selected files => Properties => uncheck 'Read only' => OK.
Repeat for these folders:

Jedi Academy\GameData
Jedi Academy\GameData\mme
Jedi Academy\GameData\mmeMBII

Right-click on "Jedi Academy" => Properties => Security => give yourself all possible permissions, including all subfolders.

Make sure you have Windows version of Launcher, not Linux: http://www.moviebattles.org/download/MBIILauncher.exe

Start Launcher as admin.

Are you familiar with Event Viewer? Can you check to see if there are any errors from either MBIILauncher.exe or the .NET Framework appearing from attempting to load the launcher?

i didn't find .net framework events, only launcher's. If it can help, here it is:

I, too am having this issue. I've followed each of the steps in this thread to no avail. I'm also running Windows 7 64x. Is it possible that the launcher is corrupt?

I still cant open that zip.

The correct SHA1 hash for the current launcher version is:
c45ef5fbf711500e1a8d5ae641e5ecfce6f31cb3

If you ware worried about it being corrupt you can check the SHA1 hash against that.
Using command prompt run this command:

Well, logs shows some missing .NET files.
Not sure is it a cause of errors, though.

Download and run this: Download Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool from Official Microsoft Download Center
If it creates any logs, upload them to this thread.
Try running MBII Launcher after that.
