hi i was just on the server and my name was "dicks out for kimmymarin". Obviously it was a joke but i got banned with no warning. This "female" is really insecure and unstable and is not suited for admin.

Lol! You should have known what you were getting into with that name. Don't play dumb. Still, a perm ban is unacceptable for an inappropriate name.
