How do I make a "Dedicated Server"?

I got Movie Battles 2 about 5 months ago and I still don't know somethings in the game. What I want to know is how I can make a Dedicated Server? I know how to make server but when I click on Dedicated Server, a screen pops up that to me looks like its loading then nothing. The screen is still there just nothing is poping up. When I click on it, it does the same thing. I don't know if this is a bug or I'm doing something wrong? Any help will great, thanks.

You are not describing the problem very well. How are you hosting a dedicated server? Step by step, what is happening?
