Happy to say we had an amazing turnout today! Around 15 or so people came, and were on teamspeak.

Today we covered:
* Perfect Blocking;
* Counters;
* Slapping/avoiding slapping;
* Importance of swingblocking;
* Styles and their advantages/disadvantages;
* Half hits
* DFAs

Thanks for the session, it was really enjoyable to get to know basic mechanics after a decade of playing, hehe.

As someone who also rarely picks up a glowstick, it was great to get an in-depth look and practice at sabering. Thanks again!

I just started playing, really wish I made that beginner training session! I'll be on for todays, hopefully the basics I've picked up are enough :p

Depending on how many people attend from last week's event/with knowledge of the basics, I may be able to go over them again. If not, I'll do another basics soon.

Hi, first of all great idea to do event like this. Is it any chance to record this sessions? Usually im busy when you make it. It will be huge facilitation if someone can record this.
