Launcher Download Speed.

I recently got a new PC and new modem router today when im downloading chrome's online installer, the download speed is currently on 500 Mbps, I'm living on rainy country and when the storm comes up, I can still get maximum download speed but the problem is the launcher's speed. How the heck do i get only 10-30 KBps speed? When i tried streaming on youtube, My youtube runs perfectly fine. I'm not currently downloading things or whatever. Any fix to this?

Yes, I always get 10-30 KBps speed When i'm installing MB2
