Does MB2 have a build calculator?

Has a build calculator been created for MB2 yet? Feels weird that I haven't seen one considering how long MB2 has been out.

I like this idea, however you can probably just mess around with that in-game.

The point of having an external calculator is to create builds outside of the game.
