Technical Issue Connection Interrupted

GTX 970 - Installed on SSD - Windows 7 - Common Ping on Servers (30)
Yes I have connection settings as the forums suggest. 25000 Data Rate - Max Packets 100 - Snaps 40 - I've even attempted what some other threads have suggested and capped my FPS. The issue has persisted with me across multiple hiatus' from the game.

I usually set my maxpackets to 40 and snaps to 20 and it fixed the constant Interrupt, Try it but If that didn't fixed your problem then.. i have no idea. Try contacting your internet provider.

And did you try to cap your fps?

I have attempted to cap my fps at multiple different levels before but no dice, I don't see and issue with my isp - I have 20 mbps down and up

Download and upload speed has nothing to do with the stability of connection.
You should try to ping to the server via cmd.exe and show your log.
