It might not be updated yet. Also if it doesnt say its a tempban, i dont believe its a tempban, just post your unban appeal there.

Your IP range was banned a long time ago, probably due to some TKer or DDoSer. You've now been unbanned.

Also please note that list is not complete, it's a list of known people who are banned, but most bans related to anonymous players.

This guy went on tk rampage just now, and reconnected at least 2 times (using vpn) to teamkill some more. See if you can do something about him.
