Removing the addons in terms of pk.3 files(penkepack) solved the issue, I still enjoy the penekepack so I repaired the install and copied them back in, it worked. Must've been a bug or some type of missing files from the recent update. Thanks.

Dunno what was happening with the update so I uninstalled MB2 and I'm trying to reinstall it but it can't even download and keeps saying maximum number of download attempts. So I think the game is just not installing or finding where the files are but It still don't work can anyone help?

Just something I found out. The option of the actual ping of green or grey yo get when you are dueling needs to be turned of in settings. The option is found on crosshair setting just above the pb indicator and somehow you get the damn thing back. But the solution is very inconsistent, by this...
