There is, in visual option you have "voice chat antispam" and below "Taunt antispam", I just checked.

Since the 1.4.3 quickthrow have a specific key, the "alternate ability 1". Is it possible to get it back to class special ? I don't have any spare key to use for it and I have to unbind something like push to be able to use QT ability even when I dont have dodge/dash.
