Not everything needs to be able to kill a jedi when he misses one push, thats just silly, but that said, e11 can easily take out atleast half of a jedis hp with some well placed shots if not kill him completely with head shots in one single missed push

No, but being open to shots completly and possibly dying by an experinced gunner is. Many time ive used the ee3 to insta snipe jedi who miss a push, same with proj, disruptor, t21 primary, and of course p3. This is plenty of punishment for a missed push. Or even a hit push when 2v1 on a jedi.

But you are punished, you lose 20 fp and you're completely open for attacks. And chaos is right, every other force power is pretty much useless atm, besides speed and mind trick, which are both jedi only

And again you can't really "Bypass" a perk, You can yaw all you want but eventually with just 1 stagger a good duelist can take you down to half while you are staggerd

Many, Many players, atleast in NA can pblock atleast 3/4ths of swings. I'd include myself in that. Especially if oyu have somethign like purple where you don't have to even attack, and only focus on blocking.

A equally skilled jedi and equally skilled gunner 1v1 the gunner will win more than the jedi, a better aim always beats a melee class.

You can mask your swings all you want, Good players can still easily pblock 1/2 to 3/4th of all swings. And as I said two time already, I don't want red's stagger to be removed. I want it to not stagger on if you pblock the last swing of the combo. At least make it here if you pblock all three...
