Make sure you did extract ALL files from .zip package into GameData folder, not just MBIILauncher.exe. Make sure you actually do start MBIILauncher.exe from GameData, not from zip file.

Post a screenshot of the error. Such vague, not informative descriptions as the one in this thread are useless and lame. You must always provide screenshots of all the errors you're getting, or at least quote them fully and entirely, and post detailed information about issues you experience.
