I think base does, not sure about the mod. I wouldn't recommend it though. (Although for base, you have to manually change the controls to your joystick buttons)

Achilles, many clans host training sessions. Some require you to be a member of said clan, but sometimes they are open to the public. As for asking for help, I find that PMing users that are trying to help works wonders.

This game has a similar learning curve. I completely disagree with you, and I think that spending more time in the game to fully learn it would change your opinion :)

Which section in the Library can't you read? Because sometimes you have to fiddle with the buttons/scroll wheel to be able to see the text.

Use an FTP Client to connect to your server and edit its config and install MBII.

Check the Optimization tab in the in-game library. (Can be found in main menu)
