C:\Users\YOUR_NAME\AppData\Local\Movie_Battles_Team
Right-click on "Jedi Academy" => Properties => Security => give yourself all possible permissions, including all subfolders.

If you seriously can't find Launcher there, run MBIILauncher.exe.
You should perform repair using Launcher, and only after that a log file will be created.

You should download additional binaries for hosting a server, either jampDed.exe or openjkded.x86.exe.
jamp.exe and mbii.x86.exe are for playing, not hosting (though you can use them if really want to).

If you're going to update manually, you need just one file, "MovieBattlesII_FULL_V1.4.8.zip", which size is 3.8 GB (neither 786 MB, nor 4 MB).
Download it either from ModDB or Google drive, or via torrent.
