Things I've found so far: Can't back out to Main Menu after joining a server - simply reconnects you. Falling off the map in duel_dotf whilst in a private duel sometimes causes server to crash. Server crashes after round ends on duel servers (like 50% of the time). Joinbug also still occurs...

Did you use Penekepack before 1.6? Penekepack has alternate collision FX that was much brighter. Penekepack 1.9 comes out today, so if that IS the case, do not fear :)
