Hi there, I'm having trouble connecting to servers it says that I have something like (4000) and I need (2500) What do they mean? Do they mean my internet is bad?

You mean 25000?
Please go to Network settings and set rate 25000.

Thank you, should there be anything else I should change? Such as Max Packets, Backup Packets ect.

Rate is the only option that will yield noticeable difference.
