Why is this animation not used for cyan? This is an unused new saber staff running animation that isnt finished, being only one frame, if it was finished, I would be sure cyan wouldn't look stupid.

not at all, this is unused, can only be seen in modview via taking the mb2 animations and putting it in gamedata/base/models/players/ then opening another playermodel

It can't be used if it's not finished, though! Surely if they had a good animation to use, they would prefer that over re-using staff.
