Instead of going to the main menu it reconnects you to the same server. Happened to me on legends mode, don't know about other modes.

I cannot make this happen. Do you have any steps to reproduce?

And what engine are you using, JAMP or OpenJK? And what operating system?

Im using OpenJK. Noticed this also happens on duel servers. I don't know how to reproduce it. Maybe you have to do it after the bug that restarts server when new round starts. Operating system Wndows 10.

Also kept happening to me, happened in Open, Legends & Duel servers.
No idea what fixed it but it stopped happening.
