You can try checking your anti-virus and whitelisting the launcher and JAMP/openJK.
If you haven't already, I recommend changing your game engine to openJK instead of JAMP. You just load up the launcher, go into settings and click the MBII OpenJK engine. Make sure you run your launcher as admin as well.
