Launcher Where is it?

I have the steam version of JA so i put +set fs_game "MBII" under launch options. I launch multiplayer and it puts me straight into the game without opening the launcher i got when i first downloaded the mod. Now whenever i join a server i get disconnected with the error saying i need to launch it from the launcher and keep it open. So how do i do that? In the game files theres a folder called MBII_Launcher but that doesnt have anything in it besides cache and init.dat, no applications. mbii.x86 also only launches the base game.

Place in GameData folder: http://www.moviebattles.org/download/MBIILauncher.exe
Run MBII using it, not Steam.
