Technical Issue Voice commands/taunts while dead or in spectator

Ive seen a couple people use taunts and voice commands while dead or in spectator when rounds end. Does anyone know how to do it? Ive tried binding voice commands to a key but it still displays "You must be alive to use this command"

Ive seen a couple people use taunts and voice commands while dead or in spectator when rounds end.

You use voice commands through binds if you are alive when you reach the round limit.
As for taunts while dead, just keep pressing the taunt button before it switches to spectator mode.

Yup got the taunt one figured out right after posting. Not sure how some people used voice command while dead, maybe it was long ago and it was a bug.
