[SOLVED] Voice command problem

So ive tried to bind those voice commands via how to : ( Voice Commands )
so I wrote : /bind <b> 'bns_emplaced' in a jampconfig.cfg file and the bind in game doesn't work . I also cant find a new_voicechat.pk3 file in my MBII files .
help guys

It's better experience if you select the 3rd arguement with quotes:
/bind b "voice_cmd bns_emplaced"
It's fine for the console but not for configs/scripts.

shit guys I have to say both of these dont work too ;( it is probably my fault so I'm gonna tell you exacly what I do
I go to Jedi Knight Jedi Academy\GameData\MBII and there I open jampconfig.cfg and at the end of all the shit that's there i write this /bind "voice_cmd bns_emplaced" .

Also instead of using jampconfig.cfg I suggest you to open console and type
/bind b "voice_cmd bns_emplaced"
there.
This is how you open the console.
