Launcher Unable to get patch manifest. A manual update of MBII and MBIILauncher may be required.

Is there any fix for the image below? After reinstalling launcher from Download page, it does not even launch. Window 10, game was working fine literary 12 hours ago. Seen similar thread, that was resolved, by developers, so I don't know what to do now.
