you might want to make the resoloutions selection better as everytime i launch the game i have to put my resoloution back to 4k so i would put up to 1080p reso in settings cause its killing me having to change it all the time

You can set a custom resolution to launch each time.

I believe it's the following set of commands:
1) r_mode -1
2) r_customheight #
3) r_customwidth #
4) vid_restart
